This program is available to new properties entering our system and allows for some of the upfront opening costs to be paid after opening, over the span of 12 months, interest-free.
How it Works
The opening team will review the program details with the owner. An enrollment form will be sent to the owner to complete, followed by an estimated cost for review. Once we have owner approval to proceed, a promissory note will be drafted and sent.
This required program promotes a heightened focus on enhanced cleanliness practices, procedures, and communication. One current staff member will be designated to be the Commitment to Clean Captain and will complete the training certification in Choice University.
The purpose of this required program is to help improve the condition of guestrooms so that the first impression and last impression of your guests is being happy and satisfied.
Great Room Condition means three things:
- Everything is clean
- Everything is in good condition
- Everything is working properly
This required program is designed to protect the environment, save on energy, and lower hotel operating cost. At least one current staff member will be designated to be the Green Leader on site through training and certification in Choice University.
