Commitment to Clean

This required program promotes a heightened focus on enhanced cleanliness practices, procedures, and communication. One current staff member will be designated to be the Commitment to Clean Captain and will complete the training certification in Choice University.

Room Condition

The purpose of this required program is to help improve the condition of guestrooms so that the first impression and last impression of your guests is being happy and satisfied.

Great Room Condition means three things:

  • Everything is clean
  • Everything is in good condition
  • Everything is working properly

Room to be Green

This required program is designed to protect the environment, save on energy, and lower hotel operating cost. At least one current staff member will be designated to be the Green Leader on site through training and certification in Choice University.

ChoiceRM is designed to help increase revenue to hotels through forecasting & strategy recommendations from an experienced, highly trained revenue manager. With ChoiceRM being a multi-faceted program, it provides participating hotels with a variety of revenue management services & support depending on the needs of the hotel. This is mandatory program for select brands.

A tool design for the franchisee to create personalized and professional marketing Materials. You can also download items needed for Brand Standards.

CO-OP Marketing Program

A collaboration between Choice Hotels Owners Council (CHOC) and Choice Hotels, with the goal of promoting and driving revenue to Co-op member hotels in the U.S. at the regional, state and local level. The program is divided into 13 regions across the country.
